請求情報の更新

Cloudflareサービスの中断を避けるために、請求情報が最新で正確であることを確認してください。また、Cloudflareのプランとアドオンの価格設定 ↗を理解することも重要です。

Cloudflareが支払いを処理できない場合は、支払い失敗のトラブルシューティングを確認してください。

支払い方法にアクセスする

現在の支払い方法（主なものとバックアップ）にアクセスするには：

1. Cloudflareダッシュボード ↗にログインします。

2. アカウント管理 > 請求を選択します。

3. 支払い情報を選択します。

支払い方法を追加または更新する

A primary payment method is required to process payment for Cloudflare products and services. We value your confidentiality and privacy - Cloudflare does not have access to your bank, credit card, pin, or PayPal account password details.

ノート

Customers in the Enterprise plan ↗ have additional payment options such as wire and ACH as well as yearly or quarterly billing.

To add or update your primary payment method,

1. Log in to the Cloudflare dashboard ↗.

2. On the left sidebar, select Manage account > Billing.

3. Select Payment Info.

4. If there is no payment method on file, the Payment Method dialog opens automatically. Otherwise, select Manage next to your current payment method and the Payment Method dialog opens.

5. Enter the required information based on the payment options below:

   • If paying by credit card:

     • Enter all the information required under the Credit Card Details form.
     • To add your business information to your invoice, include your Company and VAT/GST Number, if applicable.

   • If paying by PayPal (will charge your credit card if you do not have enough funds in your PayPal account):

     • Select the PayPal logo on the upper right.
     • Follow the online instructions until PayPal returns you to Cloudflare Payment Method dialog where you can continue with your set-up.
     • Verify that your PayPal username now appears next to the PayPal logo.
     • Add your account contact information as well as Company and VAT/GST Number, if applicable.

ノート

Because some countries charge tax goods and services on personal accounts, you may be asked to indicate whether your Cloudflare account is personal or business to determine tax eligibility.

6. Review the payment method and contact information to ensure it is accurate.

7. To finish, select Confirm.

Ensure your new payment method now appears in the Payment Method section.

Enterprise customers must email ar@cloudflare.com with the last four digits of the credit card and its expiration date.

ノート

米国の銀行は国際銀行口座番号（IBAN）に参加していません。

現在の支払い方法を削除する

ファイルから支払い方法を削除する前に、すべてのCloudflare有料サービスをキャンセルする必要があります。

注意

現在、アドオンサービスに加入している場合、Cloudflareは常にファイルに支払い方法を持っている必要があります。支払い方法を削除する必要がある場合は、新しい支払い方法を入力して置き換える必要があります。そうしないと、エラーが表示されます。

支払いが失敗した場合や未払いの残高がある場合は、支払い方法を削除することもできません。支払いを処理するまで、支払い方法を追加または編集することしかできません。

現在の支払い方法を削除するには：

1. Cloudflareダッシュボード ↗にログインします。

2. 左のサイドバーで、アカウント管理 > 請求を選択します。

3. 支払い情報を選択します。

4. 支払い方法カードで、管理を選択します。

5. 現在の支払い方法の横にある削除を選択します。

6. 確認を選択して完了します。

請求先住所を更新する

請求先住所は支払い方法に関連付けられており、売上税を計算するために使用されます。請求先住所を更新する必要がある場合は、支払い方法も入力する必要があります。請求先住所を更新するプロセスは、支払い方法によって異なります。

クレジットカードで支払う場合：

1. Cloudflareダッシュボード ↗にログインします。

2. 左のサイドバーで、アカウント管理 > 請求を選択します。

3. 請求先住所カードで編集を選択し、情報を入力します。

4. ポップアップウィンドウで提案された住所を確認します。情報が正しければ、確認を選択します。

PayPalで支払う場合は、PayPalの請求先住所に関するドキュメント ↗を参照してください。

請求メールアドレスを更新する

請求メールアドレスは、メール請求書を選択した場合に特に重要です。

請求メールアドレスを更新するには：

1. Cloudflareダッシュボード ↗にログインし、アカウントを選択します。
2. アカウント管理 > 請求に移動します。
3. 請求書とドキュメントに移動します。
4. 請求メールの設定で、メールアドレスを変更を選択します。
5. 新しいメールアドレスを入力して確認し、保存を選択します。
